Terms of Service

1. Program Registration

By registering for a program at Seven Kids Code Foundation, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the student and that the information provided is accurate. Registration is complete only upon receipt of the applicable fees.

2. Payment & Fees

All program fees are payable upfront or according to the selected installment plan. Points to note:

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• Registration fees are generally non-refundable as they cover administrative costs and student resources (e.g., T-Shirts for in-person students).
• Installment payments must be made promptly as scheduled to maintain the student’s enrollment.

3. Attendance & Conduct

We strive to create a positive, collaborative learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Attend classes on time (Online or In-person).
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Use provided equipment and software responsibly.

Seven Kids Code Foundation reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student who consistently disrupts class or violates our safety policies, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of the projects they create. However, Seven Kids Code Foundation reserves the right to showcase student work (e.g., photos of robots or screenshots of games) for educational and promotional purposes, unless specifically opted out by a parent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution for the safety of our students, Seven Kids Code Foundation is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring outside of our direct supervision during workshop hours. For online classes, parents are responsible for supervising their child’s internet usage.
